Terms of Service
These terms cover what happens when you use this site, buy a template, book a setup call, sign up for support, or work with us on a workshop or consulting retainer. Please read them before purchasing.
1. Who we are & scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Power of Smol Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore ("Power of Smol," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of powerofsmol.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any of our products or services, including The Smol OS and its add-ons, setup packages, monthly support, AI literacy workshops, and consulting retainers (together, the "Services").
By using the Site or purchasing a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or purchase from us.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the authorised representative of a business, to purchase a Service. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business.
3. Digital products & licensing
The Smol OS and its add-ons are Notion templates. When you purchase one, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it in your own business - however many workspaces that business runs. This licence does not include the right to:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the template itself, in whole or in part, whether modified or not.
- Repackage or present the template (or a derivative of it) as your own product for sale to others.
- Share your purchased copy or duplication link with people outside your own business.
You're welcome to customise your copy of the template freely for your own use. Team members and contractors working inside your business's Notion workspace may use it as part of their work for you.
If purchased through the Notion Marketplace, your purchase is also subject to Notion's own Marketplace terms, which apply alongside these Terms.
4. Payment & pricing
Prices are listed on the Site or on the Notion Marketplace at the time of purchase, in Singapore dollars (SGD) for direct purchases or US dollars (USD) on the Notion Marketplace. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
Direct purchases are processed through Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details - Stripe handles this in accordance with its own security standards and privacy policy. Charges will appear on your statement as POWEROFSMOL or SMOL.
Setup packages and monthly support are billed as described at the time of booking. Monthly support continues until cancelled by either party with reasonable notice.
5. Refunds
Because The Smol OS and its add-ons are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law, or at our discretion in cases of a genuine technical fault that prevents you from accessing the template.
Setup calls, support, workshops, and consulting engagements may be cancelled or rescheduled as agreed between you and Power of Smol at the time of booking. Fees already paid for services already delivered are non-refundable.
6. Setup, support & consulting
Setup sessions, monthly support, and consulting retainers are delivered as described at the time of booking. We'll do our part in good faith and to a professional standard - but these Services depend on your timely input (access, information, decisions), and delays on your end may affect delivery timelines.
Scheduling happens through the booking request on this Site. We'll confirm your session within one business day.
7. Workshops & partner deliveries
Where a workshop is delivered directly to you or your team, these Terms apply. Where a workshop is delivered through or on behalf of a partner organisation (for example, as part of a partner's training academy), the commercial terms of that engagement are governed by our separate agreement with that partner, and these Terms apply only to your direct use of this Site.
8. Intellectual property
The Site, the Power of Smol name and brand, and the design, structure, and content of our templates are owned by Power of Smol Pte Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a template grants you the licence described in Section 3 - it does not transfer ownership of the underlying design, structure, or intellectual property to you.
Any content you create using a template - your own product listings, customer data, business content - remains yours.
9. Acceptable use
When using the Site or our Services, you agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Site or our templates beyond what's needed for your own permitted use.
- Use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose.
- Interfere with the Site's security or normal operation.
- Misrepresent your identity or authority when booking a call or purchasing a Service on behalf of a business.
10. Third-party services
Delivering our Services relies on third-party platforms - Notion, Stripe, Formspree, and the Notion Marketplace among them. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service, and we're not responsible for their availability, performance, or changes to their own terms.
11. Disclaimers
The Site and Services are provided "as is." We work to make our templates, setup sessions, workshops, and consulting genuinely useful - but we don't guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue result, or level of efficiency gain from using them. Results depend substantially on how you implement and use what we deliver.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Power of Smol Pte Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Service is limited to the amount you paid for that Service.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site or Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time - for example, as our product line or pricing changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the Site or purchase Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
