Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 1, 2026 · Last updated: July 13, 2026

In plain language: we collect what you give us through our forms (your name and email, mainly), we use it to answer you, deliver what you've booked or bought, and - only if you've opted in - send you updates. We don't sell your data. This page explains the details.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy is issued by Power of Smol Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore ("Power of Smol," "we," "us," or "our"). It explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data when you visit powerofsmol.com (the "Site"), submit a form, book a call, purchase a template or service, or otherwise interact with us.

This policy is written to comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA"). If you're accessing the Site from outside Singapore, other data protection laws may also apply to you, and we've noted where that matters below.

2. Information we collect

We collect personal data in three ways:

Information you give us directly

  • Clarity call bookings - your name, email address, and any message you include about what you're looking for help with.
  • Newsletter sign-ups - your email address.
  • Purchases - if you buy The Smol OS, an add-on, or a setup call, your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
  • Workshop & consulting engagements - contact details and any information you share with us in the course of delivering a workshop or consulting retainer.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the Site, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect standard usage data: pages viewed, time on page, referring site, approximate location (derived from IP address), device and browser type. This helps us understand what's working and what isn't - see Section 4 for how to control this.

Information we don't collect

We don't knowingly collect sensitive personal data (health, financial account numbers, government IDs) through the Site. Please don't include this kind of information in the free-text fields on our forms.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and schedule a clarity call.
  • To deliver the templates, setup sessions, support, workshops, or consulting you've purchased or booked.
  • To send you marketing updates - only if you ticked the opt-in box or subscribed to the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To understand how people use the Site, so we can improve it.
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations as a Singapore-registered company.

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Cookies & analytics

The Site uses Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to distinguish site visitors and measure how the Site is used. These cookies don't identify you by name.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser settings to block third-party cookies. Doing so won't affect your ability to use the Site.

5. How we share your information

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the Site and deliver what you've booked or bought:

We may also disclose personal data if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Power of Smol, our customers, or others.

6. International data transfers

Formspree, Google, Stripe, and Notion are based outside Singapore, primarily in the United States. This means your personal data may be processed on servers located outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we take steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, consistent with our obligations as a Singapore-registered company.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep personal data only for as long as it's needed for the purpose it was collected for - typically the duration of our engagement with you, plus a period afterward to meet accounting, tax, and legal record-keeping obligations under Singapore law. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

8. Your rights under the PDPA

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

  • Ask what personal data we hold about you and how it's used.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Withdraw your consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data - including unsubscribing from marketing emails at any time.
  • Ask us to delete personal data we no longer have a legal basis to hold.
How to exercise these rights

Email us at bernie@powerofsmol.com with your request. We'll respond within a reasonable time, consistent with our obligations under the PDPA.

Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide certain services to you - for example, we can't deliver a booked setup call without your contact details.

9. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for business owners and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data we hold, including relying on established, reputable third-party providers (Formspree, Google, Stripe, Notion) that maintain their own security standards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time - for example, as our services or the tools we use change. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
